Nippissing University – Bracebridge Campus Student Residence

Location: Bracebridge, ON

This project included for a new three storey apartment style accommodation building for 52 students. Construction consisted of concrete foundations, concrete block retaining walls, precast floors and roof slabs, an elevator, exterior masonry and metal siding. An extension to the existing driveway, parking lots and siteworks were included.
